Summer’s here and you know what that means! Time again for the annual APABA Softball Tournament! This year’s tournament will be held on Saturday, August 15 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm @ The Cheviot Hills Recreation Center - 2551 Motor Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90064.
As many of you know, APABA’s annual Softball Tournament is a day when many of the Asian Pacific American bar associations and bar associations from other ethnic communities in Los Angeles come together to meet and greet and enjoy some friendly competition on the softball diamond. The bar associations participating in this year’s tournament are the Asian Pacific American Bar Association (APABA), Japanese American Bar Association (JABA), Korean American Bar Association (KABA), Korean Community Lawyers Association (KCLA), Latino Prosecutors Association (LPA), Mexican American Bar Association (MABA), South Asian Bar Association (SABA) and Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association (SCCLA). Plus, the Kogi Taco Truck will be catering lunch this year with unlimited tacos and drinks for all players in the tournament! Here’s a summary of the details:
