Public Appointments & Judicial Endorsements
Our Public Appointments and Judicial Endorsements Committee has two main functions. First, the committee bears the responsibility for screening and investigating the qualifications of candidates seeking letters of recommendation or support from APABA for positions in judiciary or justice system, and presenting its findings and recommendations, if any, to the Board. Secondly, the committee is charged creating paths and programs to advance the appointment of individuals in the justice system who are committed to the goals expressed in APABA’s mission statement.
